การแข่งเรือใบคิงส์คัพภูเก็ต ได้รับรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติ “การแข่งขันเรือใบยอดเยี่ยมที่สุดในเอเชีย” จากงาน Yacht Style Awards 2025 โดยมี คุณนิธิพัฒน์ ธารศรีเกียรติ (ศิลปะ) รองประธานคณะกรรมการจัดงาน PKCR เป็นผู้รับถ้วยรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติในพิธีมอบรางวัลและงานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำที่จัดขึ้น ณ ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove ประเทศสิงคโปร์

การจัดงานในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นเกียรติประวัติอันสูงสุด ในโอกาสที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงเสด็จพระราชดำเนินมาพระราชทานรางวัล โดยสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าพระบรมราชินีทรงเข้าร่วมการแข่งขันในทีมเรือใบในรายการนี้ ซึ่งพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวทรงนำทีม TP52 ทีม Vayu คว้าแชมป์คลาสซีโร่ ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญสำหรับการแข่ง “The Phuket King’s Cup Regatta”

การได้รับรางวัลในครั้งนี้ตอกย้ำให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นของคณะผู้จัดงาน พนักงาน อาสาสมัคร นักแสดง และผู้สนับสนุนที่อยู่เบื้องหลัง การแข่งขัน “The Phuket King’s Cup Regatta ครั้งที่ 36”ซึ่งจัดขึ้นในเดือนธันวาคม 2024 ที่ผ่านมา โดยในงานดังกล่าวมีนักเดินเรือกว่า 720 คนเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน โดยทำการแข่งขันทั้งหมด 71 ครั้ง มีเรือแคนูมากกว่า 40 ลำและเรือแคนู 150 ลำ ซึ่งเป็นแรงผลักดันให้คณะผู้จัดงาน มุ่งมั่นที่จะจัดกิจกรรมที่น่าทึ่งและน่าจดจำยิ่งขึ้นสำหรับนักเดินเรือและผู้เข้าร่วมในอีกหลายปีข้างหน้า..//
The Phuket King’s Cup Regatta is honored to have received the “Best Sailing Event in Asia” award at the Yacht Style Awards 2025. Khun Nithipat Thansrikiat (Art), Vice President of the PKCR Organizing Committee, received the prestigious trophy during the awards ceremony and gala dinner held at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove in Singapore.
This recognition celebrates the exceptional dedication of the organizers, staff, volunteers, performers, and sponsors behind the 36th Phuket King’s Cup Regatta, held in December 2024. The event hosted 720 sailors across 71 races, featuring more than 40 keelboats and 150 dinghies.
A historic highlight of the regatta was the participation of His Majesty King Rama X and Her Majesty Queen Suthida took part in the racing and presented the awards to celebrate His Majesty’s 72nd birthday or sixth cycle, with Her Royal Majesty helming TP52 Team Vayu as they captured the Class Zero title.
This marks a significant milestone for the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta, and we remain committed to delivering even more remarkable and unforgettable events for sailors and participants in the years ahead.
