เสริมศักยภาพทางวิชาการ งานวิจัย นวัตกรรม พัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพของการให้บริการทางการแพทย์
เมื่อวันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 16.00 น. มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ (ม.อ.) และบริษัทโรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลภูเก็ต จำกัด โดยคณะผู้บริหาร จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการและการพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการทางการแพทย์
ในพิธีลงนามครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นิวัติ แก้วประดับ อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ กล่าวต้อนรับ และร่วมลงนามบันทึกความร่วมมือทางวิชาการกับ บริษัทโรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนลภูเก็ต จำกัด โดยมีสักขีพยาน ผู้แทนจากทั้งสองฝ่าย ได้แก่ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พันธ์ ทองชุมนุม รองอธิการบดีวิทยาเขตภูเก็ต นายแพทย์สุรพงษ์ ลูกหนุมารเจ้า ประธานปฏิบัติการด้านการแพทย์ และรองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร สายงานปฏิบัติการ โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์อินเตอร์ เนชั่นแนลภูเก็ต รองศาสตราจารย์ นพ.คมกริช ฐานิสโร รองประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารด้านการพัฒนาเครือข่ายการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลบำรุงราษฎร์ คุณรังสิมันตุ์ กิ่งแก้ว ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยวจังหวัดภูเก็ต คุณมนต์ทวี หงษ์หยก ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดภูเก็ต ดร.สัญชัย ยอดมณี รองคณบดีฝ่ายพัฒนานักศึกษาและกิจการพิเศษ คณะวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎภูเก็ต คณะผู้บริหารมหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ และสื่อมวลชน ณ ห้องประชุมเก็ตโฮ่ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตภูเก็ต
โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าทางวิจัย นวัตกรรม และการพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนของทั้งสองฝ่าย ทั้งนี้ การร่วมมือครั้งนี้จะช่วยยกระดับมาตรฐานการบริการทางด้านการแพทย์ในหลากหลายมิติแ และพัฒนาคุณภาพการบริการที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้รับบริการได้อย่างครบวงจร ทั้งในด้านการให้บริการทางการแพทย์และการวิจัยที่มีผลกระทบในเชิงบวกต่อวงการสาธารณสุขในระดับประเทศและระดับสากล ความร่วมมือระหว่างภาครัฐและเอกชนในครั้งนี้จึงถือเป็นการเปิดประตูสู่อนาคตของการพัฒนาในด้านการแพทย์และการศึกษาที่จะเกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อสังคมและผู้รับบริการ โดยมีกำหนดระยะเวลาในการสร้างความร่วมมือกว่า 2 ปี นับจากนี้

Prince of Songkla University Signs MOU with Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket
to Strengthen Academic Excellence, Research, Innovation, and Medical Workforce Development
On 21 November 2025 at 16:00, Prince of Songkla University (PSU) and Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket Co., Ltd. held an MOU signing ceremony to establish academic collaboration and enhance the quality of medical services.
The ceremony was presided over by Asst. Prof. Dr. Niwat Keawpradub, the President of Prince of Songkla University, who delivered the welcome remarks and signed the Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of PSU. Representing Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket was its executive team, with distinguished witnesses from both organizations in attendance, including:

Prof. Dr. Pun Thongchumnum, the Vice President of Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus Dr. Surapong Looknumarjao, Chief Medical Operations Officer, Bumrungrad International Hospital Phuket, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Komgrit Tanisaro, Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Medical Network Development, Bumrungrad Hospital, Mr. Rangsiman Kingkaew, the President of Phuket Tourism Council, Mr. Montawee Hongsyok, the President of Phuket Industrial Council, Dr. Sanchai Yodmanee, Associate Dean for Student Development and Special Affairs, Faculty of Science and Technology, Phuket Rajabhat University along with PSU administrators and members of the media. The ceremony took place at the Ket Ho Conference Room, of Prince of Songkla University Phuket Campus.
The MOU aims to foster advancements in research, innovation, and the development of medical professionals and support staff from both institutions. This collaboration will contribute to elevating medical service standards across multiple dimensions, enabling more comprehensive and patient-centered healthcare delivery.
Moreover, the partnership is expected to generate a positive impact on the national and international healthcare landscape through collaborative research, academic exchange, and knowledge development. This government–private sector cooperation marks a significant step toward strengthening the future of medical education, healthcare system development, and service excellence.
The collaboration will be carried out over a period of two years from the date of signing.
