ทภก. แจ้งความคืบหน้า: สัมภาระตกค้างถึงภูเก็ตแล้ว พร้อมดูแลและเร่งจัดส่งคืนผู้โดยสารโดยเร็วที่สุด
ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต (ทภก.) ให้ความสำคัญกับการดูแลและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากกรณีสัมภาระตกค้าง โดยได้ประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อร่วมกันเร่งดำเนินการจัดการสัมภาระตกค้าง และลดผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้โดยสารให้มากที่สุด สำหรับสัมภาระที่ตกค้าง ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 กันยายน 2569
ขณะนี้สัมภาระส่วนใหญ่ได้มาถึง ทภก. แล้ว ทภก. ได้ประสานสายการบินไทยเพื่อดำเนินการคัดแยกและจัดส่งสัมภาระตกค้างส่งคืนให้แก่ผู้โดยสารได้โดยเร็วที่สุด
ทั้งนี้สายการบินไทยจะเป็นผู้ดำเนินการในส่วนของการจัดส่งสัมภาระดังกล่าว โดยสายการบินจะดำเนินการติดต่อผู้โดยสารล่วงหน้าก่อนนำส่งสัมภาระ เพื่อยืนยันและอำนวยความสะดวกในการรับสัมภาระ สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่มีความประสงค์จะเดินทางมารับสัมภาระด้วยตนเอง สามารถติดต่อ บริษัท การบินไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) แผนกติดตามสัมภาระ ณ ห้องโถงผู้โดยสารขาเข้า ชั้น 1

นอกจากนี้ ทภก. ได้จัดเตรียมพื้นที่สำหรับรองรับและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้โดยสารที่ได้รับผลกระทบ พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับสายการบินและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารจัดการสัมภาระตกค้างและช่วยลดผลกระทบที่เกิดขึ้นกับผู้โดยสารอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Phuket International Airport (HKT), in coordination with Thai Airways, is taking measures to expedite the handling and delivery of delayed baggage and minimize the impact on affected passengers.
Following baggage delays at Suvarnabhumi Airport since September 26, 2026, most of the delayed baggage has now arrived at Phuket International Airport.
The airport is working closely with Thai Airways to identify, sort, and deliver the remaining baggage to passengers as soon as possible. Thai Airways will arrange the transportation of the baggage and contact affected passengers in advance to confirm the delivery or collection arrangements, according to their preferred option.
Passengers who wish to collect their baggage in person may contact the Thai Airways Lost and Found Department, located at the Arrivals Hall, 1st Floor, International Passenger Terminal.

In addition, Phuket International Airport has provided designated space and facilities to assist affected passengers.
